By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay. Guest access As a guest, you’ll have full access to the condo and the resort amenities during your stay. Amenities include: - Outdoor pools Lazy River and Hot tubs (seasonally heated) - Indoor pools, hot tubs, and Lazy river - Washer and Dryer in Unit - Free Wi-Fi and cable - Secure parking in the resort’s lot - Pool Towels are not provided. Bring your favorite beach towels You’ll also have access to the direct oceanfront beach area, just steps from the resort. Bypass the front desk check-in is easy and convenient, with keyless entry to the condo, so you can enjoy a hassle-free arrival and departure. Note: The front desk is not associated with your stay. Other things to note -This condo is located in Tower 2, providing 5th floor views for a more peaceful and private stay. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety. We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, so you can settle in before needing to shop. - Linens and Towels included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee. - Bay Watch Resort also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as seasonal entertainment options. Please note that pool towels are not provided by the resort, and parking 2 passes will be available for you upon arrival. If you have any special requests or questions during your stay, our team is available to assist promptly. Parking Limitations: Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking deck. Each condo is limited to two (2) parking spaces total. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the parking deck. Any overnight parking fees are set and collected by the resort front desk and are not managed by the host.
