In this duplex apartment in the attic (completed 08/2024), we have placed great emphasis on high-quality modern amenities, coziness and family friendliness. With us, you will be vacationing in the quiet countryside. You can watch deer and rabbits running across the surrounding fields from your large terrace. From the master bedroom, a staircase leads to the 2nd bedroom. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible. Wildeshausen is only 10 minutes away by car. The space Welcome to your home away from home! You first enter the entrance area with a wardrobe, from which a wide but steep staircase leads into the living rooms. On the first floor is the living/dining area separated by a glass door, which consists of a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, a dining table with four swivel chairs and a cozy sofa corner with TV. From the living area you enter the spacious terrace with dining table and four chairs. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the Wildeshauser Geest! Opposite is a large bathroom with shower, toilet, two sinks as well as a washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, the large master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe is located on this level. An additional wooden baby crib is available if needed. From the bedroom you can also step onto the large terrace. From the bedroom, another staircase leads to the second bedroom with two single beds, a cozy sitting area and a separate dressing or play area. Please let us know if you are traveling with children. From a highchair, baby rocker, potty and changing mat to toys, everything is ready for you here. We hope you feel completely comfortable! Guest access Via a separate entrance with a key safe, you can reach your own apartment, in which all rooms can only be used by you. Other things to note Please note that our apartment is not barrier-free and all rooms can be reached via a total of two stairs. There is no elevator. This apartment is designed for up to four (adult) guests. In addition, there is room for another baby or toddler up to 2 years (extra charge €5 per night if the baby/child is the 5th person). Please let us know how many people are arriving at the time of booking and let us know the number and age of children traveling with you. Then we will prepare the second bedroom accordingly, for example, with bed linen. The living area is separated from the steep hallway staircase by a glass door. Please help us with the waste separation: Please separate the garbage by cardboard / paper (small trash can without garbage bag), residual garbage (small trash can with garbage bag), plastic and aluminum (large trash can with garbage bag), organic garbage (green bucket next to the sink) and glass (place separately). You can leave the trash in the apartment. We'll dispose of it for you. Thank you!
