Large Group House with Pool & 80 ft Deck

Merrily Yours is designed for memorable gatherings with family and friends. With 5,700 sq. ft. and accommodations for up to 22 guests, the home offers multiple stylish, thoughtfully curated spaces designed for relaxing alone, connecting with friends, or entertaining a large group. The house features two en-suite bedrooms, multiple rooms to gather, and a game room. Enjoy an 80-foot deck with a porch swing, covered seating and grill, an in-ground pool, two shelters, and a spacious yard. The space This is a gated property. We will have the gates open for your arrival; feel free to manually close them during your stay. The driveway accommodates approximately 6 cars. We offer additional parking upon request. You will receive a 4-digit code before your arrival. One of the six bedrooms is on the ground floor: the en suite master bedroom. The loft also has an en suite bedroom with a queen bed, a full-size pull-out couch, and a floor mattress. There are two bedrooms upstairs that have queen-size beds and a full-size pull-out couch. There is a third upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full-size floor mattress (available upon request). There is a fourth bedroom upstairs that has a full-size bed. There is an additional room with no doors, just curtains, that has a full-size floor mattress and 4 single beds (all available upon request). We ask that you let us know how many beds to make up prior to your arrival. There are three thermostats: One is next to the kitchen and controls the kitchen and middle section of the house, including the upstairs middle. The second is up the stairs to the right in the hallway and controls the upstairs to the right and the game room. The last one is behind the bar in the Great Room and controls the Master bedroom and the loft bedroom. Our backyard requires ongoing care. If weather permits, we will have the pool open, cushions out, and umbrellas open. When inclement weather is approaching, we ask our guests to close the pool cover, gently add the pool pumps, put cushions away in deck boxes, and close the umbrellas. Guest access Our guests have access to the house, front yard, side yard, and fenced-in backyard. Our guests have access to parking upon request. The extra parking is in front of the first detached garage. We do not own the gravel drive in front of the house that leads to the detached garages. There is a button inside the gate that our guests will need to press to open it. We ask that if the gate is closed, please close it every time it is used. Please understand that the side yard and the two detached garages are closely monitored by cameras and a security system. Please do not take pictures or videos of the garages, and do not attempt to access them. Other things to note Having a pool and a beautiful outdoor space requires ongoing maintenance for all guests, including possible pool service and yard work while they are present. We have created a compound for our guests. The property has multiple security systems with exterior cameras on both the house and the detached garages. To protect our guests and our property, we ask that you do not unplug any security systems or cameras.
