Located just 10 minutes from Boca Grande Beach, this peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood ensures a serene experience, while convenience is just around the corner with shopping centers nearby and Costco only 15 miles away. Come unwind, your perfect stay awaits! The space Our home is spacious and features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom and two additional rooms. The open-concept design includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room, providing a comfortable and welcoming space. We also offer a three-car garage with ample room to park your car, either in the garage or in driveway. Guest access Your access code will always be last four digits of the phone number that is associated with your booking. If you would like to get a different code, please let us know and we will accommodate that. Other things to note Additional Notes About the Property: • Grill Use: The grill is available for your use; however, we do not clean the grill between guests. Please clean it before and after use as needed. • Propane: Propane is not provided. If the tank runs out during your stay, it is your responsibility to refill it if you wish to continue using the grill. • Lawn Maintenance: The grass is mowed once a month, except during summer when it is mowed twice a month. Please note that the lawn may not always appear freshly cut or tidy.
