This house, which combines beauty and comfort, is the perfect choice for a vacation suitable for everyone. The space Just 150 meters uphill from the main square, this house embodies a charming hybrid between a traditional farmhouse and a mountain chalet. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: • Covered courtyard: the wooden door opens onto a cozy space at the entrance, which constitutes the covered courtyard. With old stables and a cellar, this room is a large space to leave motorcycles, bicycles and to store sports equipment, such as skis and more. • From the courtyard, on the right, a wooden staircase leads to the second floor. FIRST FLOOR: • Living room with fireplace and TV. • Rustic kitchen: fully equipped (coffee makers, kettles, dishes, cleaning products and everything you need to cook). • A bedroom with a 1.5-size bed, perfect for 1-2 people. • A double bedroom. • Fire room: characterized by an eighteenth-century fireplace. SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the staircase there is an internal balcony where you will find: • The other two double bedrooms in the house. Continuing past a door, you can access: • Art Nouveau-style living room, open on two sides, with TV and summer relaxation space. • Bright loggia: shared with the owners, it offers a magical view of the valley. Perfect for unwinding, reading a book outdoors, or sipping a drink while admiring the view. Note: the loggia table, deliberately not shown in the photos, is not available for guests. BATHROOM: • Bathroom: located in the covered courtyard, about ten meters from the living area. • Laundry room: next to the bathroom, equipped with a washing machine and drying rack. HEATING: • The bedrooms, bathroom, living room on the first floor and kitchen are equipped with modern heating. • Staircase and covered courtyard remain unheated to preserve historical integrity. OTHER AMENITIES: • Free Wi-Fi. • FREE PUBLIC PARKING: available in a small square a few meters uphill from the entrance door. Additional details will be provided upon booking confirmation. • There is also a crib available for the little ones, provided only with the mattress. LOCATION OF THE HOUSE: • Just 3.5 km from the ski slopes and the "Adventureland" adventure park. • At the beginning of the climb that leads to Lake Lova and then to San Fermo, ideal for hiking and trekking. • ⁠On August 8, the characteristic torchlight procession of Borno passes right under the balcony of the loggia, a spectacle not to be missed! • The route of the San Fermo Trail, a mountain running race, also passes in front of the house. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY - BED LINEN We provide sheets and towels. - PHOTO IDENTITY DOCUMENTS As required by law, we need the details of your government-issued ID. We can take a photo upon your arrival, or, if you prefer, you can send the documents before check-in. - TOURIST TAX The municipality requires us to apply a tourist tax of €1 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights. Payment will be made at check-in. - HOUSE RULES Waste: Use the bins for separate collection in the basement. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. Pets: Reluctantly, pets are not allowed. Rooms will be prepared according to the number of guests. Please leave the home as you found it and report any problems or shortcomings in order to improve.
