Stay in this lovely room in a typical Capitol Hill row house in quite possibly the best location in all of DC. This is a small bedroom with a full bed and a dedicated bathroom. You'll have access to the main floor's kitchen and living area. The bedroom is small but the location is incredible so this is a perfect spot to lay your head and go out and explore. Please do not book this location if you need to check in after 10pm on your first day. Thanks! The space This is one room in a Capitol Hill row house. The room is small and it is a full (aka double) bed. Your room can be locked and bolted. There is a closet with an iron and ironing board. You will have your very own political themed bathroom that is dedicated for your use. The bathroom is not en suite, it's directly across the hall from your room. In the bathroom, you'll have shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, wash cloths and a hair dryer. Guest access This is one room in a house where my husband and I live. You will be sharing the space with us. Sometimes we are gone though and so you may be here by yourself. The lower level of the house is a separate one unit apartment that you do not have access to (and they do not have access to the top part of the house). During your stay We will be around but we will let you have your space. I'm always happy to help in person if you need anything. Other things to note INCREDIBLE LOCATION - Walk to the US Capitol (15 minutes) - Walk to the best restaurants in DC (2 minutes) - Walk to Nationals Park (20 minutes) - Walk to Audi Field (30 minutes) - Walk to the Library of Congress (15 minutes) - Walk to the US Supreme Court (20 minutes) - Walk to the National Air and Space Museum (30 minutes) METRO (Subway) The room is a 5 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro station. PARKING We do not provide parking with this listing but there are many opportunities for parking in lots and garages in the area. SpotHero or ParkWhiz are great ways to find parking.
