Unrestricted, dramatic views, and all of this beautiful living space within thousands of acres of hiking in open space literally right out the back door. Relax in front of the grand fireplace in the spacious, open living room. Gather with those you love around the large dining table or whip up a delicious meal in this spacious kitchen. Feeling a bit like escaping? Retire to one of the many thoughtfully designed and more secluded spaces in the home. Climb up to the lofted reading nook or sneak off to the deluxe master suite. The master suite is truly its own getaway with Colorado aspens, reclaimed fir beams and vintage fixtures adorning a relaxing, beautiful space. Make yourself a cup of tea or pour a glass of wine and enjoy it in front of your private fireplace. Soak in the Japanese-style soaking tub in the en suite bathroom or step outside through your private sliding glass doors and enjoy the incredible Cheyenne Canyon beauty from your 6 person hot tub. For the little ones, a kids' suite, designed entirely with them in mind: lofted beds to sleep 6 (2 full beds on the bottom and 2 twin beds on top) , kid lounging and TV area, books, games and their own bath and shower. This house offers the best of Colorado living. Enjoy the absolutely incredible views from the 1, 200 sq ft wrap around deck with outdoor kitchen and grill. And if you want to get out into the nature that surrounds you, hike and/or bike on the trails leading from the back door. Also close, just down the hill, less than a quarter mile is Stratton Open Space where you can hike or mountain bike that extensive trail system. Whatever you chose to do, this house delivers. Not suitable for any type of event. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and the grounds around it, as well as access to thousands of acres of public land. Parking - ONLY 4 vehicles permitted on the property at all times. NO on street parking permitted. If you have an extra vehicle or 2 overnight parking is available at the Stratton Open Space parking area down the hill.
