West Haven is a wonderful world of its own. Former renters of this have complimented how quite and private the house feels, despite being in a neighborhood. The only known negative of this location, is that eventually you have to leave. Other things to note • It's forbidden to smoke inside the house. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and other tobacco products) is strictly prohibited inside the property, including all rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and common areas. We have a smoke detector and an alarm that will sound upon smoke detection. Penalties: Any person who violates s. 386.204 commits a noncriminal violation as defined in s. 775.08(3), punishable by a fine of $250 for the first violation and $400 for each subsequent violation. *PET are NOT Allowed. • The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. For our guests' convenience, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo/hand soap, and dishwasher pods, to help our guests settle in. Due to personal preferences and allergy concerns, laundry detergent is not provided. We try our best to stock/equip our kitchen based on popular demands, but please stop by the nearest supermarket (Publix is a quick 5-minute drive) to gather any additional household/personal hygienic items you may need for the duration of your stay. Housekeeping: Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered and that daily housekeeping services are not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Food and Condiments: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided. • .
