Guests can also visit Finca Casa Blanca (nearby property) for an authentic coffee experience. Other things to note 🏡 House Rules • The pool is not heated and the hydrojets are not operational. • The coffee tour at Finca Casa Blanca is nearby, but it is not included in the rental price. • Please respect quiet hours and the peaceful environment within the gated community. • Any extra visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance. • Pets are allowed only with prior notice and under the conditions listed below. • Towels are included for use inside the property only. 🐕 Pets Dogs are allowed only under the following conditions: • Maximum 2 small or medium-sized dogs, up to 23 kg each. • Pets must be declared before confirming the reservation. • Guests must bring the dog’s bed, bowls, and necessary items. • Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or furniture. • Pets are not allowed in the pool. • Guests are responsible for any damage, dirt, or additional cleaning caused by the pet. • In case of accidents such as urine or feces, immediate cleaning is required. 🧺 Towels and Linens • Towels are included for use inside the property only. • Towels must not be used to remove makeup, clean shoes, floors, pets, sunscreen, tanning products, hair dye, or any other product that may stain or damage them. • In case of permanent stains, loss, or damage due to misuse, the replacement cost may be charged to the guest.
