Welcome to our charming Remise in one of Berlin's most beautiful neighborhood! We have lovingly renovated this unique historic building and furnished it to the highest standards. Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal. The space We are opening the historic Remise in Berlin-Kreuzberg, located in one of the most charming neighborhoods between the Landwehrkanal and the Spree. Once part of a piano factory, this unique building now offers a wonderful retreat and space for travelers of all kinds – especially for artists, musicians, cultural professionals, and creatives. The charm of the brick walls and the small, exclusive courtyard evokes the industrial past of the place. The Remise is a detached house with no directly adjoining neighboring apartments. You will reside on three lovingly designed floors with a rooftop terrace where you can also barbecue. The Remise is a quiet yet versatile space – eclectic, sophisticated, and inspiring. Right outside the door, Kreuzberg’s cultural life is thriving: the best restaurants and bars, Markthalle Neun, cafés, galleries, and inspiring neighborhoods are right at your doorstep. Sleeping arrangements span three levels – ideal for 2–4 guests: * Double bed in the bedroom: 180 cm * Sofa bed on the ground floor: 160 cm * Double bed in the basement: 140 cm The special features of the Remise: * Grand piano (brand: Schimmel) * Professional studio and HiFi sound on all three floors (Airplay, Bluetooth, iMac) * Home theater in the basement: 4K projector with Apple TV on a large 3‑m screen * A fully equipped kitchen including coffee, tea, etc. * Terrace with a gas grill * Yoga studio next door Especially interesting for musicians: 
In addition to the grand piano, the Remise provides an environment for professional music production. The equipment includes an iMac, an RME Fireface, a Nord Stage 3, additional controllers, synthesizers, and four Genelec studio monitors. Working at night is also potentially possible (please arrange in advance). Moreover, we can provide additional equipment, such as microphones (Neumann, Rode). Other things to note We have a STRICT NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS policy. Violation will lead to immediate cancellation and additional charges. All guests will be registered.
