Situated on the 12th floor of Fountainhead Towers, this condo provides a sense of exclusivity and privacy, while still being just steps away from the beach. The condo is located on the 12th floor and there is an elevator in the building. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or explore the many nearby restaurants and activities such as Alley Oops or the original Greene Turtle! Located at 116th Street and Coastal Highway, you'll find the quieter side of Ocean City with tons of entertainment nearby. Fountainhead Towers has a long list of amenities including an outdoor heated pool, courtyard, tennis court, pickle ball courts, off-street registered parking, elevators, gas grill which can be rented through the building, outdoor shower and two electric vehicle charging stations. Property rents any 3 nights. Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. $60.00 non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival to Fountainhead Towers. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Non-smoking Non-Vaping . No pets, please.
