Guest access Our family has enjoyed coming to Seabrook for many years, and we’re thrilled to share this beautiful island and villa with you and your guests! You’ll receive a personal keypad code for easy entry and instructions for requesting amenity cards and vehicle passes. Amenity cards (available for a daily fee through the Seabrook Amenities Office) provide access to Club pools, dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, the Beach Club, and the Equestrian Center. Even without an amenity card, guests can enjoy Seabrook’s beaches, crab dock, outdoor Lakehouse pool, playground, and more. The fitness center and indoor pool are also available for a separate daily fee. We’ll share local tips—like the weekly oyster roast (seasonal), best biking routes, and top wildlife viewing spots—to help you make the most of your stay. Enjoy seamless access, beautiful surroundings, and the full Seabrook Island experience. Other things to note This villa includes access to the Seabrook Island Club. Guests may purchase Amenity Cards ($45–$50/day depending on season, covers up to 6 guests) for entry to the Beach Club pools (seasonal), clubhouse dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the Equestrian Center. Additional fees apply for golf and court reservations. Without an Amenity Card, guests still enjoy access to Seabrook’s beaches, the crab dock, the outdoor Lakehouse pool, playground, volleyball, and basketball courts.
