The space Casa Alegria is a unique retreat where the decision between a day at the beach or a relaxing day by the pool becomes a real challenge. On entering the house, a spacious living room with an imposing ceiling height of up to 6.5 meters opens. The ground floor includes one en-suite bedroom. A few steps up there is a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island, a spacious dining area for up to 8 people, as well as an additional guest toilet. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with integrated bathroom, which is equipped with a freestanding bathtub. Stylish glass doors separate the toilet and shower from the sleeping area and thus offer privacy. A further bedroom with private bathroom on this floor provides extra comfort. A cozy gallery between the main floors offers two additional sleeping options in the form of pull-out armchairs (90 cm x 200 cm - see access options) as well as a workspace that is equipped so that "workation" is possible. The house is of course equipped with a powerful Wi-Fi network (fiber optic), inside and outside. From the large kitchen or dining room, you can access an outdoor lounge, perfect for a laid-back coffee or the cool drink in between. Over another 6 steps, the path leads into the well-kept garden with a 8x4 meter pool, an outdoor shower and a spacious, covered barbecue area. Here, a large table invites you to enjoy social moments with your loved ones. In the parking lot of the property, you can store your surf equipment.
