Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious 2,737-square-foot retreat comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and bright, open-concept living spaces. The heart of the home is the spectacular sunroom, where soaring wood ceilings and panoramic lake views create the perfect place to relax, dine, or enjoy your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, making it easy for everyone to gather together. Step outside and you'll discover what makes Lakeshore Retreat truly special. No spaces are shared with other guests. Pool The private swimming pool is open year-round and is not heated. Gatherings & Events To comply with our City of Carrollton Short-Term Rental license and to respect our neighbors: > Only the registered overnight guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in writing before arrival. > Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. > Small, non-disruptive special events may be considered by prior written approval and may require an additional event fee. Unauthorized gatherings or events may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Booking Requirements ✔ The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
