The space The "Les lucioles 2" accommodation is ideally located to enjoy all the splendors of Martinique. It is located in St-Joseph, in a unique and ideal setting, bordered by tree ferns and lush forest where fireflies indulge in an enchanted ball every day at sunset. The quiet and relaxing place invites you to relax in the middle of nature by the property's pool. The air is fresh and soft. This little corner of paradise is 5 minutes from a river, 25 minutes from Aimé Césaire Airport, 45 minutes from the island's beaches, 15 minutes from the capital Fort-de-France and 10 minutes from the island's largest shopping center. The accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts. It is adjoining the owner's. Guests have access to Wi-Fi and can park their vehicle for free. The accommodation consists of: - an independent air-conditioned bedroom, equipped with a double bed with new and comfortable bedding and a wardrobe; - an independent air-conditioned bedroom, equipped with two single beds with new and comfortable bedding as well as a large wardrobe; - a bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, sink, toilet and storage space; - separate toilet with sink; - a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a TV; - a terrace equipped with a private lounge; - access to the property's swimming pool equipped with safety barriers, outdoor shower, steps for easy access to the bath (small bath for small children if necessary) and deckchairs for lounging; - a secure entrance gate with personal beep to access the accommodation. Discreet, I am nevertheless available to my guests to facilitate their stay. Guest access Guests have access to the pool and a parking space for their vehicle. Other things to note A deposit check of €300 is required upon key handover. No parties or loud music. No pets allowed.
