The entire property is hidden behind trees and lush greenery , perfect for plant lovers and for those looking for a quiet and restorative escape 🌿 ✨Expect to pass around 25 meters of old but sturdy country road , made of weatherbeaten cement, typical of some rural areas in the provinces to reach the place 🌿 There’s another route which I do not recommend for vehicles because the stretch of country road on that route is around 200 meters long ✨ ✨Located on the second floor, this secluded tiny guesthouse offers : 🌿 Exclusive Access: You'll have the entire property to yourselves, including the outdoor hanging deck pocket gardens and your own viewing deck on the 3rd floor (Our ground-floor suite, Partridge House, is waiting to be renovated for future use, so you'll be the sole booking.) 🌿Roofdeck Access: Access your own 3rd roof deck just above your unit where you can lounge and enjoy the view and fresh air . Climb up your own newly built staircase just outside your doorstep and enjoy quiet time with the wind , sun and view. Please note that this area only has solar fairy lights and we are still in the process of beautification , adding plants , more lights etc 🌿 Spa-Inspired Bathroom: A roomy bathroom with huge windows and a bathtub ✨ 🌿 Hidden Balcony & Hanging Garden Deck: Your unit includes its own private balcony and a dedicated breezy hanging garden deck just outside your doorstep on the second floor, perfect for smoking , dining or simply enjoying the tropical plants and vines . If weather permits , we would be happy to assign space where you can use your portable grill or camping stove ( no roof ) . Feel free to bring your own disposable / portable grill and charcoal . The lush hanging garden just outside your doorstep is also your area where you can enjoy the breeze and watch the sky turn colours as the sun sets …or simply lounge on the deck to see the happy evening stars sparkle and the shining, healing ancient moon . 🌿 Amenities: A kitchenette with only a fridge, rice cooker , kettle , coffee maker and microwave, indoor and outdoor dining areas , and a studio-style living and sleeping space . (Kindly read complete 34++ amenities list .) 🌿Seamless Privacy: The unit's exterior is painted black on the east side with huge one-way mirrored windows and sliding doors that reflect the surrounding trees, offering complete privacy from the outside . The west side of the unit is purposely painted white to deflect heat from the rays of the sun ☀️ 🌿Stay Connected: Globe fiber WiFi available and a 43 inch HD google TV 🌿Naturally Cool: There's no air-conditioning needed here! Enjoy the naturally cool and windy Tagaytay air, with ceiling fans and stand fan available for comfort. 🌿Windy Environment: Our part of Tagaytay experiences exceptionally strong winds. Please expect fallen leaves, twigs, flowers, and branches around the property due to the weather. If you like walking , around 250 -450 metres to Tagaytay-Calamba Road (depends on route you take ) for a view of the volcano. There’s a viewing deck to see the volcano around 800 metres away near Crosswinds or visit Picnic Grove , where you’ll have a spectacular view of the volcano around 1.4 kms away . 🌿Avoid the Traffic: Our side of Tagaytay does not suffer from weekend traffic, thanks to scenic nearby roads like: 🌿Casile Road (2.5km): Leads to Nuvali (18km) and Canlubang Golf Course. 🌿Ligaya Drive: A steep, winding, but beautiful road down to Taal Lake and Talisay, connecting to Star Toll to Batangas and links back to SLEX Manila 🌿Kaykulot Bridge: Links you to the Tagaytay-Sta Rosa Road. Silang Barangays: Plant-filled routes leading down to Westgrove/CALAX. Guest access 🌿 You'll enjoy an easy self check-in process through your private pedestrian gate, leading directly to your dedicated listing. If BACK to BACK bookings strictly no early check in / late check out in order to accommodate all guests well. 🌿 * SELF check-in anytime after 2pm for your privacy, using gate password code and drop box key entry. 🌿*To maintain the tranquil environment only booked guests are permitted in the premises . Maximum of two adults (with / without infant below 2 years of age ) in order to preserve good relationship with the neighbours who are mostly retired and senior citizens seeking solace . 🌿* As per listing the casita is tiny and the unit is a cozy 32-sqm, but it is surrounded by 65-sqm of pocket gardens , giving you 97-sqm of space all to yourself plus the NEWLY opened 45-sqms++ roof viewing deck located on top of your unit on the 3rd floor with your OWN staircase 🌿where you can breathe , lounge , smoke , eat and enjoy the wind , sun , moon , fog and stars if weather permits. 🌿* As per listing there are 2 single beds each with a mattress side by side ( see photos ) 🌿* As per listing’s photos , jacuzzi motor is not working. Tub functions as a healing bath tub with hot water only with multiple spouts and shower . There’s also an additional shower area next to tub with its own heater as back up and if you just want to shower. 🌿As per listing expect to pass around 25 meters of weatherbeaten but sturdy and wide road to reach the tiny guesthouse . Please take this route for vehicles instead of the other route which is around 200 meters of weatherbeaten but sturdy cement road . Instructions will be sent prior to check in on best route to take for vehicles and short cuts for those arriving on foot ✨ 🌿* Need assistance checking in? Just call us ✨ We're next door and can meet you at the pedestrian gate in under 2 minutes, even for very late arrivals. We can also turn on lights for late check-ins . Getting Around 🌿 * Parking: Safe street parking is available for cars just outside the unit’s gate . You’ll be able to see your car from your private balcony . 🌿* Bicycles/Motorbikes: If you're bringing a bike, please NOTIFY me at least one day in advance so I can provide instructions and passcode for opening the folding gates, Please note: There is a ramp leading to the gate for bringing your bike inside. For safety reasons, you must walk your motorbike (do not ride it) when going DOWN the ramp.If you need assistance call us anytime 🌿* Public Transportation: access to public transport, about 250-450 meters walk depending on which route you take (around 5-10 minutes walk ) from Tagaytay Calamba Road. There’s a Barangay road (25 meters walk) that cuts across the subdivision where you can catch tricycles . This Barangay road branches out to the main road ( Tagaytay Calamba Road ) where you can access jeeps and tricycles / bokyos . Just in case, you need a ride, please let me know in advance, if the car is available, we will be happy to give you a lift. 🌿Please note the street lights are dim and many are non existent in many areas in the Philippines.. even on main roads . Please plan ahead and bring a torch or reflectors when you go out on foot at night . ☔️Please bring a waterproof raincoat or umbrella during the rainy season because I always run out of umbrellas. Dining and Food 🌿* 7 eleven around 1.4 kms away . Nearest sari sari stores are around 250 meters away along Tagaytay Calamba Road . Or please ask me .. I might have what you need at home ✨ 🌿* Complimentary (free) breakfast for two is offered daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, but only upon request. Please let us know the night before (by 9 PM) what time you'd like breakfast to be delivered at your doorstep ✨ I will do my best to accommodate dietary restrictions like vegan or vegetarian if you notify me at least THREE days in advance before check in because I would have to purchase ingredients especially for your dietary needs . 🌿 * Food delivery (Food Panda) is readily available. Just use our Waze pin or your current location. 🌿 * Free unlimited purified drinking water, snacks, instant coffee, ground coffee with coffee maker and a variety of tea are provided in your unit. 🌿Guests should note that the unit does not have a stove or induction cooker. However, a fridge, freezer, microwave, rice cooker, and kettle are provided for food storage and reheating. Guests are encouraged to bring their own cooked food , purchase microwaveable convenience food options, or patronize local restaurants to help the local community. Bringing of induction cooker / multi cooker is PROHIBITED inside the casita due to lack of exhaust system and to AVOID electrical capacity overload . Moreover , kindly use rice cooker only for cooking rice. Your Comfort and Convenience 🌿* Bathroom Amenities: Your private bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower area. Both have heaters. Important: Always turn off the shower heater before using the bathtub heater to avoid tripping the breaker. If the breaker trips, please call us immediately for assistance. 🌿* Linens and Toiletries: We provide 2 bath towels/ person/ day shampoo, bath/shower gel, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. 🌿* Longer Stays (3+ nights): For stays longer than 3 nights, I offer free cleaning and fresh bedsheets on the 4th day and every third night thereafter. Fresh towels , drinking water and supplies will also be replenished upon request (free of charge ) Laundry service outsourced at a nearby laundromat. Ask me for details. Rubbish will be collected upon request. For commuters please let me know if you want me to call a bokyo or call taxi/ joyride service to pick you up at your gate. Property Guidelines & Features 🌿* No Pets Allowed: Our beloved, territorial, free-range K9 fur babies live on our side of the property and based on experience, they will bark continuously if other pets are brought in . For your pets safety and to maintain peace .. my apologies ,no pets are permitted . 🌿 * Smoking: Allowed only at the deck and outdoor areas where ashtrays are provided. Please be very mindful of cigarette butts and smoking paraphernalia to protect our plants and prevent fires. 🌿* Nature's Embrace: ✨The four poster bed is enclosed with a mosquito net and curtains on one side for privacy , adding to the experience of being in a natural surrounding . Nobody will see you through the one way mirrored sliding doors and windows and also because of the thick foliage that hides the unit ( you can’t be seen when lights are dimmed or turned off indoors at night and during the day) There are no curtains , relying on the thick foliage and trees as natural curtains . Simply turn on the outdoor balcony lights at night or close the glass doors during the day if you do not want to be seen. 🌿 Expect to encounter frogs, insects, and birds due to the healthy ecosystem. Horses, cows, cats, and dogs may sometimes be seen outside the property. Call me if you are afraid . We provide insect spray and Baygon anti mosquito plug ins /out but the birds normally eat all the bugs . 🌿* Garden Care: The garden evolves with the Tagaytay winds and weather, so expect fallen leaves , flowers and twigs. For longer stays, we may ask permission to access your side of the property to sweep fallen leaves, flowers and twigs , and to water plants during the dry season and to deliver your complimentary breakfast. 🌿 Smoking allowed in the hanging deck garden , newly opened 3rd floor roofdeck and open areas where I placed ash trays . Kindly extinguish and dispose cigarette butts / lighters etc properly to avoid fires and poisoning the plants and birds . ✨For your safety , no smoking inside the unit please . 🌿* Water Supply: Tagaytay's water service can be erratic, but we have overhead and pressure tanks. In RARE cases of the water supplier’s (Prime Water) failure, we'll ask you to conserve water and avoid using the tub. If a water delivery truck is needed, we'll request access to your area to refill tanks. 🌿2 heaters in the bathroom for the tub and one for the shower . No heaters for the bathroom hand and kitchen sinks. ✨Reusable dish sponge is sanitized via the microwave and brushes are always sanitized after each guest . 🌿* Enjoy starting November 18th 2025 ; the newly built 3rd-floor viewing deck . You have your own staircase to the 3rd floor roofdeck , located just outside your front door . If weather permits , you are most welcome to enjoy the view , the sun , the wind and the moon but please take all safety precautions because it gets very windy in the area and lights still have to be installed . There is a barrier in between the 100++ sqms 3rd floor roofdeck (your side and my side ) and I have my own staircase to my side of the roofdeck . Painting has to be done during the dry season and beautification *plants etc is ongoing , but there's a garden set for you where you may sit , breathe and enjoy the view of Manila Bay and Mount Mariveles on a clear day . 🌿 * Lighting: Feel free to turn on your private balcony lights at night. Please always turn off ceiling fan switches when leaving the guesthouse. Solar lights in the courtyard turn on automatically. 🌿* Stray Dogs: Tagaytay has friendly stray dogs. Please do not play with them as we do not own them and cannot guarantee their temperament or well-being.
