Close to Discovery Park and Magnolia Village, this peaceful retreat is just a 10-min drive to downtown Seattle. The unit occupies the lower floor of a two-story home with its own private entrance, outdoor patio, hardwood floors, in-unit washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. Both heating and a/c available, plus multiple fireplaces for a cozy vibe. The living room has a fold-out couch (for one person). The TV is located in the living room and is equipped with Amazon Firestick - you can log in to your streaming accounts and start watching your favorite shows. The WiFi is 1000mbps, so working from the workspace in the bedroom should be a breeze. Guest access Walk up the front steps from the street to the patio on the lower level. Keypad code is provided prior to check-in (usually night before or morning of check-in). Free street parking is available along our street and around the corner. Drive, take the bus (5-min walk to the bus stop), bike, or Uber. Walk 15 min to Magnolia village for restaurants and shopping. Walk 15 min (1 mile) to Discovery Park- Seattle's largest park full of wooded trails, paved paths, beaches, and water views! We are also just a 10-15 min drive from Downtown Seattle, and 10-15 min drive to the cruise terminals. Other things to note Easy checkout. We will take care of linens and trash. **Additional information about the suite** - We live upstairs of the guest suite with a small dog. Sounds of footsteps might be heard typically between 7 am - 10 pm. The two units are completely separate with separate entrances. The stairs by the kitchen connect the two units, but there is a door at the top of the stairs that can be locked from both sides. - Parking: Free street parking is available and is used by everyone in the neighborhood (very safe) **House rules** - Strictly no parties and events; quiet hours between 10pm-7am - No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property For any violation of rules an additional $500 will be charged.
