Cozy Conifer Apartment

Kick back and relax in this serene, mountain oasis. Recently renovated with luxury finishes throughout. The property sits on 3.5 acres and backs up to 4000 acres of ranch land - on a clear night you can see the Milky Way with your naked eye from the backyard. My family and I live upstairs, and the apartment is completely private with 2 separate entrances. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you’ll need including a 2-burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave and nespresso machine. The space The apartment covers the front half of our lower basement level and is completely private. You will have access to the entire guest apartment which includes 2 entrances on the lower level, a kitchenette, and the bedroom suite with a queen sized bed, couch, small dining table, and TV. The bedroom suite also has an attached full bathroom. Please note that the couch is not a pull out. For our wedding guests, we have a coat rack and multiple other hooks to hang up clothes. There is also a clothes steamer and lint roller in the closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials required for cooking, a nespresso machine with plenty of pods and creamer, and a hot water kettle with lots of tea options. We also provide a welcome basket with a few snacks to enjoy during your visit. You’re welcome to walk around the property and enjoy the beautiful views from the backyard. Guest access You will need 4x4, AWD, or winter tires to access the property in the winter as the roads are often snow covered. Guests do not have access to the raised deck or hot tub. Please don’t use the playground, it’s older and needs maintenance. You have access to the exterior of the property including picnic tables and a bench overlooking my favorite viewpoint. The gym can be accessed by the side door to the garage. There is a fenced in area next to the apartment where you can let your dog out.
