The Inn on the Riverwalk is a charming Bed and Breakfast with thirteen rooms built in 1916. We are the hidden gem in the heart of Downtown San Antonio just steps away from the San Antonio Riverwalk. At this private oasis surrounded by gorgeous greenery you would never know you are a short eight minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Downtown with a thirteen foot waterfall just down the river that tunes out the noise of the city. The space The HemisFair Suite is named after the 1968 World’s Fair held in San Antonio that celebrated new cultures and ethnic groups coming together. The HemisFair Suite is located on the first floor for easy access where you’ll enjoy walking into a room filled with natural light as the Riverwalk can be seen just outside surrounded by beautifully green trees that canopy over each side of the Riverwalk inviting you to take a relaxing, quiet stroll. This suite is equip with air conditioning and heating that you can adjust to your perfect temperature after a long day in the city. This room gives you beautiful views outside every window. This room features: - A Riverwalk view - A twin trundle bed - A table and two chairs for a comfortable laptop friendly work space with a view Cleaning Service: We also offer to you the option to allow our staff to freshen up your room each afternoon so you can return from a day of exploring or business to crisp sheets and fresh towels. Guest access With the Inn being right on the Riverwalk you can sit back, relax and enjoy the Riverwalk from the large decks and patios with awesome views of the river and the skyline. Very Romantic! The dining room area has tables for 2-4 so you can have all the privacy you want. Plus we serve a Made to Order Hot Breakfast from 8:30-9:30, so you can eat at your convenience. Our property is not equip with elevators or ramps. To get to our first floor rooms there are still a short flight of stairs to climb coming up to the house.
