Things to Know Pools are seasonal Memorial Day through Columbus Day Guest access Before arrival, you must complete a preregistration form at least 48 hours prior - you will not be allowed to check in without it. The Cottages at Summer Village office is located at the main entrance. Office hours are Sunday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Upon arrival during office hours, park in one of the 5 spaces on the right as you enter Summer Village, then walk around the stone wall and up the stairs to the office. The staff will provide you with a gate card and a parking pass for your stay. Your electronic lock code will be sent in your check-in email. If you're arriving after office hours, call the Summer Village office during business hours to let them know. Otherwise, they will call you around 4:30pm with check-in details. They'll place a gate card in a lockbox near the stone wall by the entrance spaces, and provide your elock code via email. A one-day parking pass will be left at the cottage; stop by the office the following morning for a pass for the rest of your stay. If you're locked out, a spare key is located in a black magnetic holder on the back side of the grill - on the right inner side as you face the back of the grill. An emergency on-call number will be posted on the office door for after-hours assistance. Other things to note The community offers seasonal amenities (Memorial Day through Columbus Day): 3 pools (1 adult-only and 2 family pools with a heated kiddie pool), a game room with pool tables, air hockey, foosball, and video games, 2 playgrounds, shuffleboard and bocce ball courts, a tennis court, a fitness center, a hot tub, and a sauna. Shared grills are available at the covered pavilion by the pool. A private gas grill is at your cottage, and community grills are available at the pavilion. The cottage has a wall-mounted A/C unit in the dining room and electric baseboard heating. Two smart TVs are provided - one in the living room (with cable) and one in the master bedroom. Start-up supplies are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap. These are complimentary starter items; you're responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during your stay. Linens and towels are provided - one towel set per occupancy, plus a few backup sets. There is no daily housekeeping. Turnover cleaning between guests includes fresh linens and towels, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, vacuuming, and floor washing; these are not deep cleans.
