PARKING: The property features a two-car covered garage, designated specifically for your use, providing secure and convenient parking. OTHER AMENITIES: Other amenities include two kids' playgrounds, a basketball hoop, a pool (which can be heated upon request for an additional fee) and a stunning landscaping, offering a variety of ways to relax, play, and entertain. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy a variety of spaces on the property, including the beautiful garden, the guest house’s interior and outdoor areas, and the designated parking spaces. Feel free to relax by the pool, take advantage of the playground, and explore the serene pond area. The driveway is also available for easy access to the property. All these amenities are at your disposal to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, please be mindful of any shared spaces with the other houses on the property. Guests are required to park only in the designated parking spots provided upon arrival. Please do not park in any other area of the property, as all other parking spaces are reserved for other residents and may lead to inconvenience or disruptions. We kindly ask that you respect this parking policy to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests and residents. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note The home is located within a private community of four houses that share amenities and patios, offering both privacy and a sense of community. Upon arrival, your two designated parking spaces will be provided, and we kindly ask that you always use them for your vehicles. The exact address and contact information will be provided after booking, and additional details such as door and gate codes, as well as the Wi-Fi password, will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. For your safety, please be aware that the home is not childproofed, so children must be supervised at all times. Additionally, due to the pond and pool on the property, children must know how to swim, as no lifeguard services are provided. We have a strict no-party policy, and any violations will result in a $5,000 fine from the city. NO SMOKING. NO VAPING policy enforced, fines will apply. Cleaning services are available upon request for your convenience. All TVs are smart TVs with online streaming capabilities, but please note there is no cable. Occasionally, we may have scheduled maintenance workers for lawn care, pool maintenance, or repairs that might require access to the home or yard. We will notify you in advance of any scheduled services. Please note, the minimum age to book the property is 25 years old. We look forward to making your stay as enjoyable as possible! Only small dogs of 8 pounds maximum weight are allowed.
