Nestled at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac, our serene and spacious one-bedroom studio offers the perfect retreat for your getaway. Surrounded by lush bushland and greenery, you'll feel like you're in a secluded treehouse with stunning views of the Royal National Park. Nearby, explore bushwalks, kayaking on Port Hacking River, and dine at award-winning Jack Gray's Cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Perfect for nature lovers seeking relaxation and adventure! The space The private studio features a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a shower, a lovely balcony with panoramic views of the bush landscape, and a cozy sleeping arrangement including a foldout sofa bed best suited for two kids. An additional floor mattress can be provided if you’d prefer to use the sofa during your stay. Please note the bedroom and living room are combined into one large open-plan space. Enjoy entertainment on the 75-inch smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+, or prepare meals in the fully functional kitchenette equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and outdoor gas barbecue. For the ultimate relaxation experience, you’ll also have access to a full-spectrum Pause by Found—Spaces infrared sauna (2-person), perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. For longer stays, you’re welcome to use the laundry in the main house, equipped with both a washing machine and dryer. All water in the studio is filtered and safe for drinking and bathing, ensuring a comfortable and health-conscious stay. With its own private entrance on a split level of the main house, the studio offers complete privacy while maintaining easy access to nearby attractions. The entrance to the National Park is just meters away, providing fantastic bushwalking and mountain biking opportunities. The nearby Port Hacking River is ideal for summer swims and kayaking. When it comes to food and coffee, the award-winning Jack Gray’s Café is just a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. They offer delicious brunch and lunch options daily, plus dinner service on Friday and Saturday nights featuring seasonal, locally inspired fare. The space is ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The rate includes up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to age 16). Additional adults (up to 4 adults in total) are welcome at an extra charge of $50 per person per night, charged separately. Ample free on-street parking is available, making your arrival and departure stress-free. Please note: access to the studio involves approximately 50 stairs to the front door, so it is best suited to guests comfortable with stairs. Guest access You have access to the entire studio situated on its own split level yet still adjoins to our home. You also have access to our washing machine and dryer for those staying with us for longer periods of time. Other things to note Please note, access to the studio involves approximately 50 stairs to the front door, making it suitable primarily for able-bodied guests who can navigate stairs comfortably. This space is ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
