Guest access There are free parking spots in front of the house. (Private parking inside is available at the property for an additional fee €10 and must be reserved in advance.) Guests have full access to the spacious lobby, complete with a TV,cozy sofa and fridge for relaxation. Kids will love the large open lawn with a trampoline for endless fun! The city tax in Padova is €2.5 per person per night and will be collected upon check-in. 2. A €20 deposit for the key will be collected and refunded at check-out. 3. A €50 security deposit is required to ensure that dishes are left clean and no damage has been caused to the apartment. The deposit will be refunded at check-out after a quick inspection.
