Do you allow pets? -- Yes! We welcome up to 2 pets per reservation for a $100 fee per stay. 5. What are the check-in and check-out times? -- Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self-check-in instructions are provided for your convenience. 6. Can I check in early? -- Early check-in may be available for an additional fee of 50% of the daily rate if the previous night is unbooked. 7. Do you offer laundry? -- We have a laundry room available for guests upon request with access to laundry detergent. Guest access You are renting the 2nd floor of a residential complex, with access to all rooms and common areas. If you are driving, there is unlimited free street parking available in the area, as well as one off-street parking spot behind the house. Other things to note - CLEANED & SANITIZED - We know that a clean and sanitary environment is the top concern for guests. As such, our professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the house on a regular basis and before every guest's check in. Rest assured that we take all possible precautions to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay at our house. Our two bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized every day. - CHECK-IN - Check in is at 4pm. - CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation. - PARKING - There is one dedicated off-street parking available plus plentiful free street parking along E Rich St. and neighboring streets.
