On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a bathroom and two private gardens: the front one, with a table to enjoy the view and the quiet, and the one on the back, perfect for outdoor lunches or dinners. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds, the other with a double bunk bed. The floor is completed by a second bathroom and comfortable spaces for groups of up to 8 people. A short walk from the house is a children's playground, ideal for families. Also within a very short distance is a small wellness area with a spa, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. For those who love to explore and relax, the famous QC Terme di San Pellegrino are a 20-minute drive away. Just 30 minutes away you can reach the center of Bergamo and nearby there are also several agritourisms and typical restaurants where you can taste the local flavors. Public street parking is always available and convenient for guests. Guest access The entrance is independent: it is accessed by a private gate that leads directly to the front door. The house is entirely available for guests. Other things to note Branzi is a charming mountain village in Val Brembana, surrounded by forests, lakes and scenic trails. In summer, it is the ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and picnics at high altitudes. In winter it becomes the perfect base for skiing in the nearby towns of Foppolo, Carona and San Simone.
