Hilltop Guesthouse

This secluded guesthouse is the perfect place to land. It's peaceful, with deer in the meadow in the evenings, amongst other wildlife. There's nearby access to the Enola Low Grade Trail that runs along the beautiful Susquehanna River & Shenk's Ferry Wildflower Preserve is a 10 minute drive. When you want to venture out for food you can find Lancaster City a 20 minute drive away, filled to the brim with incredible restaurants & cafe's. The space The guesthouse consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry closet, & bedroom with a king size bed on the main level. There is a ladder that goes to the loft where we have a queen size mattress. The outdoor space has a spacious yard, patio area with 4 chairs & a fire pit. There's a weber grill provided & all the tools you need. The guesthouse sits 120 yards from the main house (a football fields length+ 20 yards). It's secluded from the road with woods between it & there are no visible neighbors. The yard is spacious, the grounds beautiful, & the property truly is a gem. You'll enjoy sitting outside taking in the day. Guest access The guesthouse is fully yours during your stay, as well as the patio & yard surrounding the guesthouse. There is a large parking area that is designated for your vehicles. Other things to note Please note: while we are pet friendly we do have a $150 pet fee.
