The space Oma’s Boerderij is a charming home in a former barn, set in the scenic Betuwe countryside. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is completely private, with its own entrance and living space. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with French doors opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom. Although the home is in a rural setting, highways and amenities are close by, making it an ideal place for both a relaxing getaway and a stay for expats or work visits. Guest access Guests have access to their own fully private living space, which includes: A private entrance and hallway A spacious living room with French doors opening onto the terrace A large kitchen with all amenities A bedroom with a comfortable bed A modern bathroom A private terrace with a view of the garden The terrace is exclusively for guests and offers a wonderful place to relax. Other things to note The house was originally an old barn and has been converted into two separate homes. The guest accommodation is located on the ground floor, while we live on the upper floors. We have added extra insulation, but due to the wooden floors, some sound from above may be audible. You may occasionally see us on the path or in the garden, but the living spaces are completely separate. Tourist Tax In our municipality, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night applies, which is settled in person.
