It can accommodate up to 4 guests and it's located on the fourth floor of the building. The decoration is carefully chosen to make you feel comfortable and at home. The property is distributed as follows: > Kitchen-dining room: Space with dining table and chairs for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery to enjoy a delicious meal. With granite countertops and spacious cupboards. > Living Room: Located next to the kitchen-dining room and with access to the terrace with outdoor furniture so spend a relaxing afternoon. The living room has a comfortable and luxurious corner sofa, a coffee table and Smart TV with local channels. > Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms. Both have a double bed, storage space, mirror and access to a second terrace with outdoor furniture. > Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have a sink with a mirror, toilet and a shower with a glass screen. You also have at your disposal an iron, hairdryer, a washing machine that you can use during your stay, central air conditioning hot/cold, and free WiFi service throughout the apartment. The apartment has a great location, it’s only a 2-minute walk from the nearest beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal for exploring what Marbella has to offer! The complex offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pools (open a few months a year -usually from May to October- we suggest checking availability before booking), a beautiful garden, communal parking. Please note that due to drought, pool opening dates may be affected. Guest access *We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm an additional 40€ is charged until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside Please ask us for availability and rate. Please give 24 hours notice of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late there will be a surcharge of €25. Other things to note *The shutter in the bedroom is currently out of service and under repair, however it has a black out curtain. *Sheets and towels included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more this will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach. *Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs. *Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If it’s too dirty after your departure, an extra 24.20€ per hour will be charged. * Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
