For safety reasons, All guests must exercise caution around the pool, dock, and waterfront areas. • 🚫 No unsupervised children in or around the pool • 👶 Children and non-swimmers must always be supervised by a responsible adult when in or near the pool, dock, or canal areas • 🚫 Do not swim or jump into the canal • 🕒 Minors may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult • ⚠️ Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the pool and waterfront areas 🔥 BBQ Reminder: Please turn off the propane after each use 🧯 Fire extinguishers are located nearby for your safety 🔔 Door Alarm System (Pool Safety) For added safety around the pool area, we have installed 4 TECKNET door alarms on all sliding doors that face the pool. • When a sliding door is opened more than 0.78 inches, the alarm will sound and the LED light will turn on • This provides an extra layer of protection by alerting you if a door is opened unexpectedly How to Use: • To activate: switch the alarm to “ON” using the small switch located on the side of the device (mounted at the top of the sliding door) • To deactivate: switch it to “OFF” on the side of the alarm ⚠️ Important: For your children’s safety, it is your responsibility to keep the alarm turned ON whenever you do not want children accessing the pool area.
