Home features private 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: a master with a king-size bed and a second room with a full bed. Enjoy your private entrance, a bright living room, shared pool access, and scenic waterfront views! Conveniently located near downtown Punta Gorda, perfect for dining and exploring all the area has to offer! ☀️ The space Charming Duplex with Shared Pool & Scenic Dock – **Hosts Onsite** Overview: Welcome to your cozy retreat! This charming home offers a comfortable and convenient stay in a great neighborhood. Enjoy access to a shared pool and a picturesque outdoor dock. We currently reside on the other unit of this duplex (hosts on-site), and provide you with on-site support and local recommendations to make your stay unforgettable. **Pool is NOT heated** The Space: Bedrooms: - 1st Bedroom (Master bedroom): Featuring a King bed, and ample closet space. Roku 58 inch TV (guest mode) mounted on wall. Lots of windows and sliders in master bedroom to allow for maximum natural light. Recommend bringing sleep eye mask if you are sensitive to light. - 2nd Bedroom: Full size bed perfect for a restful night's sleep. Ample closet space. This room does have blackout curtains. No TV in guest bedroom. - Bathrooms: Main Bathroom: Equipped with shower and modern fixtures. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and hair dryer are provided. Additional Bathroom: Equipped with shower and modern fixtures. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hair dryer. Living Area: - A spacious living room with a sofa, large 78 inch flat-screen Roku TV (guest mode), and a cozy atmosphere for relaxing. Kitchen: - Fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy preparing meals with the provided cookware, utensils, and dining essentials. Outdoor Area: Shared Pool: Relax and cool off in the shared pool, a great spot for enjoying the sunshine and unwinding. It’s nice to sit by the pool and see the views of the canal or see a passing boat. Please know pool is not heated and a life preserver is near the pool. Pool is shared between both units. Outdoor Dock: Perfect for taking in tranquil water views and enjoying the serene environment. Location, location, location! Situated in the very desirable Punta Gorda Isles neighborhood, the home offers a peaceful retreat while being close to local attractions. Explore nearby Charlotte Harbor, Fisherman's Village, or Downtown Punta Gorda. We are a waterfront community and offer many water activities. While Punta Gorda does not have any beaches we are about an hour away from some of the best beaches! ⛱️ Guest access - The entire unit with private bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, outdoor lanai. Guests have access to the shared pool and outdoor dock. - Please note that the boat lift is not accessible (under maintenance) and the garage is not included in the rental. But parking is provided on the driveway and has enough space for 2 cars to park. You are also welcome to sit by the dock and enjoy the serene views of the water. Other things to note Cleaning & Sanitization Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each checkout. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. Noises: -Once a week the lawn maintenance comes to cut the grass in the morning and it may be loud. -Once a week pool maintenance company comes in the morning to maintain the pool. I just like to make you aware if you hear someone by the pool doing maintenance. Recommendation’s: -Master bedroom with the King bed has blinds on the windows, but no blackout curtains if you are sensitive to light we recommend bringing a sleep eye mask. The other bedroom with the full bed does have blackout curtains. -Florida is a buggy state. We recommend bringing mosquito repellent and we do fog for mosquitoes monthly. -Guest understands that Florida is located in a tropical climate and that insects, lizards flourish in this environment. Although we will use our best efforts to mitigate with pest control to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay. Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
