The space Beautiful new construction home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, TV and a large walk-in closet. Second bedroom features a queen bed with a dresser and a closet. Third bedroom features a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle bed, dresser and closet. We prefer children ages 12 or older, as we don't stock items to accommodate small children. Open concept living, kitchen and dining room. The garage is reserved for host storage. There is plenty of off-street parking on the driveway. Grocery stores, restaurants, Target and Walmart are all within a 10-15 min. drive. The property is within close proximity to I-75, located about 35 minutes away from Venice Beach and Englewood Beach. Nearest airports: Punta Gorda (15 min.), Fort Myers (45min.) and Sarasota (1 hour). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage. There is plenty of off-street parking on the driveway. Other things to note A reverse osmosis water system has been installed under the kitchen sink, which services the auxiliary faucet next to the main faucet, the ice maker and the water dispenser on the refrigerator door.
