The property receives a minimum of one to two visits per week during daytime hours. The pool company does not provide a schedule or advance notice, so we are not able to inform guests of the day or time. Service is exterior only — no one enters the interior of the home. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to this exterior maintenance access.
