LuxApart Cozy is a self-contained, private apartment in a building with two other luxurious holiday apartments. You may occasionally meet other guests only in the driveway, parking areas or on shared access paths. A private parking space directly at the house is also included with the accommodation. Other things to note Notes for summer stays The building is insulated to the latest energy-efficiency standards and features a smart shading system for the large window areas. A central ventilation system ensures a continuous and pleasant flow of fresh air, even when the windows are closed. On request, we are happy to provide a high-quality Dyson pedestal fan, which can also be used at night with minimal noise.
