Other things to note -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔍 CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING • Complex Vibe: Clearwater Beach Suites is a boutique condo complex with a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. • Beach Access: While not directly beachfront, the sand is an easy walk across the street/block. • Parking Note: Parking is handled via a pass for a designated city lot or on-site spot; please display your pass at all times to avoid towing. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🛋️ HOUSE RULES • Pet Policy: No pets allowed. • Occupancy: Max occupancy is 4 guests. • Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay. • Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms. • Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card. • Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices). • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours. • The pool closes at times posted on signs. • No refunds for early departures. • If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.
