The space Broughton Townhome E is one one 2 townhomes accessed through the Alley just south of Broughton St. The townhomes are above commercial spaces on Broughton St and are accessed via the alley through a marked door with awning. The rooftop deck is the perfect spot for mornings with coffee and evenings with cocktails! Once you are in the main door and up the stairs (there is no elevator access to the townhomes) you'll have a coded entry to your unit. The townhomes start on the second floor, up 30 stairs. On the main floor of the townhome, you'll have the master bedroom with King bed, smart TV, closet, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Forward of the master suite is the kitchen with solid surface counters, Thermador appliances, breakfast bar, and dining table for 10. The kitchen is fully outfitted for meals in. The living area forward of the kitchen and dining overlooks Broughton Streets shops, restaurants, bars, and historic buildings. Upstairs, there is a front bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Also on the same floor is the bunk room with four full beds, a full bathroom, and access onto the private roof deck. RPM provides with every stay: Freshly laundered linens on all beds, all white bath towels and hand towels, hair dryers, bath soaps, hand soaps, cleaning supplies, paper products, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dishware, glassware, cookware, utensils, salt and pepper, cooking oil, and much more! PARKING: There is no parking associated with this unit. The City of Savannah offers a 2-day visitor parking pass for $24 that allows you to park in any city metered parking spot, there are several right outside the door on Barnard Street and in the surrounding block. This rental can be combined with Broughton Townhome D which is an adjacent, identical, mirrored layout. This unit is perfect for those looking to get out and explore Savannah day and night. Guest access Guests have semi-private access to the townhome through the alley south of Broughton St, you will share this main door with the adjacent townhome which you can rent along with this one. Broughton Townhome E and D are identical, just mirrored. Other things to note There is no elevator in this building. This building may not be suitable for those that have mobility issues or issues with climbing a significant amount of stairs.
