Premier location with a less than 2 minute walk to the gondola and inside Lionshead Village. Free parking and you're closer than any parking the town can provide. Our unit is newly renovated as of November. Renovations were down to the studs so everything is brand new and beautiful. The space Our apartment is for the folks who want to ditch their car and enjoy everything Vail has to offer by foot or on skis! You’ll find a large bedroom with an incredibly comfortable king sized bed, a large tv, and plenty of space to store your things in the bedroom. The bathroom was recently updated and will include all the essentials. We have a very comfortable and high end queen size murphy bed with built in lighting, charging stations, side tables, and storage. While the apartment is best suited for 2 people since it is tiny, we can now comfortably sleep 4. Unlike nearly every other apartment complex you'll rent in the villages, our apartment is one of the very few that comes with an included parking spot. Even better, its a covered garage! Our building also offers a pool through the summer, two hot tubs year round, and a community washer and dryer room. When you are back at the apartment, you can hang out on our large patio and enjoy views of the ski resort and the gondola. We have both a couch set up as well as a little dining nook so you can enjoy hanging out or snacking from the patio. If you aren't interested in checking out the restaurants that are all within a very short walk, feel free to cook your heart out in our kitchen. We provide everything you'll need to chef it up. This property is not pet friendly. However, check out our place in Breckenridge if you plan to travel with your dog! By booking this property, please note that you agree to a $150/dog/night pet fee if you break that rule. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire unit.
