Fantastically located room and private bathroom in a Disney Adults home. Less than 10 minutes from Disney property. Easy access to the I4 interstate. Many shops & restaurants near by, many walking distance. Free pool and gym access available on property. This room features a convenient kitchenette set up, equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and all the essential utensils and cutlery. Please note this room does not have access to the lounge, kitchen, kitchen appliances or laundry. The space You will be staying in a private bedroom with a private bathroom, located on the second floor of my home (stairs required). The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, and storage for your belongings. The bathroom is located just next door and is for your exclusive use. The room includes a mini fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cutlery, and basic dishware for your convenience. There is a TV in the room with access to standard Roku offerings and Prime Video. You are welcome to connect your own streaming devices or log into your personal accounts, but please ensure you log out before departure. Parking: One parking space is provided in the driveway or on the curb directly in front of the house. Please do not block any neighbours’ driveways. Access: Guests may use the entryway, stairs to the room, their bedroom, and their bathroom only. The kitchen, lounge, dining area, backyard, patio, laundry, and garage are private spaces and not part of this booking. During your stay, you will also have access to the resort’s shared pool and gym facilities, located a short drive away within the complex. Entry requires the security pass provided to you upon check-in. The home is in a quiet, secure neighbourhood with easy access to near by theme parks, local attractions, shopping, and dining. Guest access Guests have access to their private bedroom and bathroom, as well as the entryway and stairs leading to their room. You will also have access to the resort’s shared pool and gym facilities, located a short drive away within the complex (entry pass provided at check-in). Parking is available in the driveway or directly out front. Please note, the kitchen, lounge, backyard, patio, laundry, and garage are private spaces and not part of this booking. During your stay While I may not be able to meet you at your check-in. I will definitely be around if you need anything. I do live on the property but my work has me keep a variety of unusual hours. Please feel free to chat if you need anything when you hear me in the house or if in person is not your thing (no judgement here 😬) I will reply to any message sent to me through the AirBnB message system. Other things to note • Stairs: The guest room is on the second floor, so guests will need to use stairs. • Maximum occupancy: The room accommodates up to two guests only, and no unlisted visitors are permitted on the property. • AC settings: The home’s central AC is set to maintain 75°F (24°C) during the day and 73°F (23°C) at night and runs automatically to keep the house comfortable. • Quiet hours: Please be respectful of quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. • Pool and gym: The resort’s shared pool and gym are available for your use with the provided access pass. Please note that opening times vary by season and all posted facility rules must be followed at all times. Guests are responsible for checking current opening hours upon arrival. • Parking: Parking is available on the left side of the driveway or along the curb directly in front of the house. • Host presence: I live on the property and am available if you need anything, but I respect guests’ privacy.
