Treat your guests to the comfort of a guest bedroom outfitted with another King-sized bed and flat-screen TV of their own. Guests have access to a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The condo offers an open concept kitchen and living room with views of the beach! Guests can enjoy meals cooked in a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large center island. The condo also provides free WiFI and has a washer and dryer inside the condo for guest use. Your luxurious vacation begins at Sapphire #403! Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear. Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
