Embrace coastal living and reserve your stay today in this inviting retreat. Things to Know Guest access You'll enter through either the garage or the side entrance, both equipped with lockboxes. When you arrive, head to the alarm panel inside the door on the right wall and enter your code to disarm it - no other buttons need to be pressed. In winter, the garage is often the easiest entry. Look for the white access panel on the garage door jam, enter your code, and pull open the door. You'll find a lockbox on the jam as well. In summer, you can use the side entrance to the left of the garage. Open the lockbox on the door knob, pull the tab down, and use the key to unlock the door. Your check-in time is 4pm and checkout is 10am. During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day and holidays), early check-in is not available. Outside peak season, if early check-in or late checkout is available for a fee, you'll receive an email or text message with the offer. If you're locked out, contact the host for the backup lockbox code located under the top railing on the side deck entrance. Other things to note The home features a hot tub on the deck. In summer, access it via the exterior stairs; in winter, you can walk through the walk-out basement instead. The hot tub is serviced and cleaned between reservations, and during extended stays beyond a few days, the maintenance team may stop by for additional service. Four beach chairs are available in the garage for seasonal use. A charcoal grill is on the property - please clean it after each use. Three TVs with Roku are available: one in the family room above the garage, one in the master bedroom, and one in bedroom two. You can log in with your own personal credentials. An outdoor shower is available May through September. Outdoor patio furniture is also seasonal. Four portable window A/C units are located throughout the home (sitting room off kitchen, first-floor bedroom, master bedroom on second floor, and family room above the garage) and are available seasonally May through September. Heat is provided by an oil furnace with baseboard heating, controlled by four thermostats. The wood stove is not available for guest use. Lawn care is provided weekly by a local company and can vary by day depending on their schedule. Weekly trash pickup occurs on Friday by a local contractor. A few complimentary start-up amenities are provided - toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap - but you'll need to pick up additional supplies for your stay.
