The space Welcome to our beach paradise! The house is perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay. Guests will have the entire second floor of the house to themselves (with separate entrance), ensuring privacy and a peaceful environment. We don't stay at the property but will be available within the hour if you need anything. You will have access to the backyard of the house, where there is the patio and backyard firepit. There is also a gas BBQ grill on the balcony. This home features: - A cozy bedroom furnished with a luxurious king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. - An open space room equipped with a queen-size futon, offering additional sleeping arrangements or a relaxing lounge area. -A unique loft twin bed, adding a touch of character and extra sleeping space. -A full-size kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. -One well-appointed bathroom, providing all the necessary amenities for your convenience. -EV charger is available The house is designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone! Whether you're here for a short visit or an extended stay, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home. Guest access Guests will have full access to the second floor of the property. We don't live at the property but will be available within the hour when necessary. Other things to note Pets are welcome, with a small fee. We have a dog bed and some toys for their use. Wagon, towels, boogie boards, sand toys are available for your use. Please rinse the sand after each use in the outdoor shower. We provide space heater during the winter as well for your use, if the fireplaces are not enough for heat.
