We kindly ask guests to place the cushions on the newly refreshed furniture before use for maximum comfort and enjoyment. *** Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the two storage sheds located in the back. Parking is permitted on the rock areas along the inside of the lot. To help preserve the outdoor patio area, we kindly ask that guests avoid parking on the concrete pad near the furniture and entry steps. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note **SPECIAL NOTICE FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND RENTALS WITH BOATS** Guests bringing boats or watercraft for the Labor Day weekend (Sept. 7) must arrive and have all boats/trailers inside the park no later than Wednesday, Sept. 2. Per HOA regulations, no boat or trailer entries will be permitted after that date for the remainder of the holiday weekend. Please note: this rule applies only to holiday weekends that include a Monday holiday.
