Enjoy a dedicated undercover spot for one vehicle, conveniently located right next to the stairs and elevator area. LAUNDRY – Our condo is ideally situated between two laundry rooms on the same floor. A laundry card and laundry supplies are provided for your convenience. POOLS & HOT TUBs – Take your pick of two sparkling pools and two relaxing hot tubs, open daily from 8 a.m. to dusk. No lifeguard on duty. A chairlift is available at the north-end pool. A key FOB is provided for access. TENNIS – Two courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tennis racquets and balls are provided.. Pickleball is not permitted though. FISHING – Guests are welcome to fish along the shoreline in front of the "N" building where signage is posted. A fish-cleaning station is located on-site. DINING and AMENITIES – Visit the on-site Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill, open daily for casual waterfront dining and island-inspired drinks. Public restrooms are conveniently located between the pool and restaurant for guest use. The condo is in walking distance to many fine restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The full-service Rose Marina, located next to Anglers Cove, offers boat rentals and many charters/excursions to choose from for fishing, shelling and exploring Marco Island as well as surrounding communities and beaches. Other things to note SMOKE-FREE SPACE: For everyone’s comfort, smoking and vaping are STRICTLY PROHIBITED both inside the unit and on the lanai. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will apply for any violations. Designated smoking areas with ashtrays are available on the ground floor. SAFETY & SECURITY: You’ll receive a personalized door code for keyless entry 48 hours before check-in. The condo is equipped with an interior security lock for added peace of mind. PARKING SIZE: One assigned undercover parking space is provided; oversized vehicles and trailers cannot be accommodated. QUIET ENJOYMENT: Please respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. as some residents live here full time. We appreciate your courtesy in helping maintain a peaceful environment for all. BEACH ACCESS: Several public beach entrances are just 2 to 3 miles away and about a 5 to 7-minute drive. MAINTENANCE NOTE: The property is regularly maintained for your comfort and health.
