We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful town! The back patio is reserved solely for your use during your stay, and we know you will enjoy it as much as we do! We are located 1-2 miles in either direction to the best beaches Santa Cruz has to offer. Shopping, Natural food markets & the best restaurants are all just a short 5-10 min. drive away. IMPORTANT to note that while we make every effort to be quiet & create a peaceful environment, we are a small family so you may hear footsteps, noise from upstairs or see us from time to time but we are very friendly and our kids are quite cute (if we don't say so ourselves)! ** hot tub is to be used only between the hours of 9am-10pm Guest access There is a private remote keyed entrance. Everything is separate & private, it is a one bedroom apartment with its own kitchen & bathroom. Mindful to note is that the patio is private & available for your use between the hours of 9am and 10pm! Other things to note We are located on a quiet sunny street in the banana belt of our lovely surf town. Approximately 1.5 miles to the beach & world class surfing. We are right in the middle of town so getting to the westside or east side is never more than 10 minutes away. Capitola is our closest lovely beach town with restaurants shops & Gayle’s bakery. Chaminade resort & Spa is either a quick 2 min drive or 10 min bike ride away. Hiking trails are all very close & we are always happy to recommend spots, living here is really a dream!
