Beachy Blue Bungalow: near downtown

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is located just 2 blocks away from the Castle Street Arts & Antiques District and less than 2 miles from the Riverwalk/downtown or Greenfield Lake Park and Amphitheater. Whether you decide to walk through historic downtown or use the free trolley (stop located right across the street), you will have access to over 50 local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and shopping. *Potential for traffic noise. The space Guests will enjoy the entire house. The front bedroom includes a queen bed, blackout curtains, a desk for workspace, and small closet with extra pillows and blankets for use. There is also a smart tv available for you to sign in with your streaming services. The back bedroom includes a queen bed, 6 drawer dresser, closet space, and a smart tv. WiFi is available throughout the house. Guest access Off street parking is available. There is a shared easement entrance into my driveway. Please be sure to pull in on the left side of the driveway and never block the easement or sidewalk. There is a free trolley that runs throughout downtown with a stop located directly across 5th Ave from my house. Other things to note All guests must be added to the booking with verified Airbnb account (name and photo). No one will be permitted in the house without prior approval. Additional fees will be incurred for unapproved guests. Potential for traffic noise. Pet Policy: Due to highly sensitive allergies, cats are not permitted.
