This home is the ideal setting for creating lasting memories. **Special note: the spa is not heated.** The space Its open floor plan allows you to move freely and comfortably. Step into the backyard and take a dip in the refreshing pool, or whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Guest access This property offers a secure front door entrance for peace of mind and a fully fenced backyard, perfect for added privacy and relaxation. Other things to note ***House Rules*** No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.. We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM). Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed. **Important:** Expect some foliage around pool at times, property is around trees, pool is cleaned weekly. We have 2 outside security cameras to provide the safest and most secure space. One pointing towards the driveway and another towards the pool area. **Please note:** Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking. Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay. You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
