Both bathrooms includes a walk in shower -On-site washer and dryer. -Keyless lock on front door for easy and convenient self-check-in. -Complimentary tea and coffee. Other things to note This property is heavily managed by the neighbors, please follow set rules by airbnb and by your host. - No more than 7 cars on the property, all cars must be parked on the drive way or in front of the home. - No cars are allowed to park at any of the neighbors front or drive way. - Quiet hours must be followed! Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am outside of the home. - If you have more people on the property than the max of 16 people, the extras must leave before quiet hours to prevent disturbing neighbors after quiet hours during their departure. - No music outside of the home after 10pm.
