There is also a bus stop moments away, so exploring surrounding areas is very easy. The room can accommodate couples or solo travelers and groups. The house is clean, fresh, partly renovated from its original condition and features are fully equipped with artistic designed living area . The bedroom can accomodate 2 guests with comfortable queen size bed, a mirrored wardrobe and a desk. The kitchen has appliances There is a dinning area facing a cosy porch with multiple chill-out area. We offer a free laundry service at the house during your stay. There is different seating options to enjoy . We are 30 min walk from Bondi beach and all that Bondi has to offer. 15 min walk to Rose bay beach. 8 min drive to Watson's Bay. Short ferry ride from Rose Bay Wharf to the CBD/City and from Watson Bay Wharf to Manly. Parking is never an issue. There is plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood. There is public transport which is at 1 minute walk. 3 min by walk to Coles, great coffee shop, fresh bakery restaurants, pharmacy, Gym and more. The House is fully furnished. There are also lots of creative books to enjoy during your stay. We provide clean linen, beds sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and all the amenities that you will need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils you will need to cook any dish you wish. We provide hand sanitizer, disinfectant and wipes along with all cleaning material and products . There is a Smart TV with HDMI cord accompanied by fast unlimited Wi Fi to ensure you are always connected. We also offer a free loundry service at the house during your stay. There is an Outdoor sitting area in the porch and a garden. We can offer to our guests private yoga classes, special events, art and craft workshop, swimming and surfing lessons, unique camping and surfing trips. You will share the house with other guests and our lovely care takers Martina. She is a long term resident who lives and take care of the house. She is available to help with anything you will need. Most of the time we stay and work in our creative studio that is located downstairs and we have a very busy life style and travelling a lot . There are also lovely guests that are staying in the house. Please note : The house has strict no party policy. The agreement that we have with our neighbours is that they can expect peace and quiet time from 10 pm in the evenings. We looking forward to hosting you in our beautiful home.
