Sydney harbour waterfront retreat

Tranquil waterfront retreat located on Sydney Harbour. With water views from every room and the sound of lapping water as you sleep you will feel miles from the city. Only a few minutes walk to the ferry and a 10 minute ferry ride to Circular Quay/Sydney CBD Sorry i don’t have wifi. Tea and Nespresso for breakfast. The space Queen sized bedroom with water views and built in closet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom and kitchen is shared and I like to keep the shared areas clean and tidy. Guest access Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Private bedroom with queen sized bed in two bedroom apartment with me During your stay Feel free to text me with any questions before you arrive and let me know if you need anything during your stay. There is a lock box with a code to get the key if I’m not home when you arrive. Other things to note - No wifi or aircon - Washing machine but no dryer. HOUSE RULES - Shoes off at the front door please - Clean up after yourself. - No parties or stay over guest unless discussed. - It’s a shared bathroom so please limit time in to half an hour, and ask if I need to go to toilet before you take a long shower. I will do the same :) - Anything extra you need or issues just text or talk to me. I will try and provide where possible or find a solution. - Honest communication please. I live in a quiet and tranquil area on the water, in an old art deco building. I want everyone to feel happy and relaxed and have an amazing stay in my sydney harbour home.
