Therefore, water or electricity service may be interrupted without prior notice from the respective utility companies. (Very rarely it goes out). ✔️ The bedrooms are located near the main street, so some traffic noise may be heard during the day or night. ✔️ Available parking is on the street near the property. There is also a public parking lot just a 1-minute walk away. Please note that there is no private parking at the building. Important Note: The host will not cover the cost of a hotel, transportation, or relocation due to interruptions in water or electricity service. If an outage lasts more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights. No refunds will be issued for nights already used.
