The space Description: 6 km to the beach, recent house of 135 m2 Take advantage of the large dining room to reunite with your family. The towns of Granville and Coutances are 10 min by car. You will also be 1 hour from the Mont St Michel by car. A convenience store grocery store bar restaurant Le Sans sou..it is 5O m away, an enclosed play area for young children is 50 m away. The house is furnished to accommodate 10–12 guests comfortably. There are 10 beds in the bedrooms and is added a sofa bed in the living room as well as a 2-seater click-clack in the upstairs workspace. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with: DRC: Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 X 190 with shower room with TV Living room 120 X 190 FLOOR: Bedroom 2: 1 140 × 190 cm bed and 2 90 × 190 cm beds (trundle beds) with TV Bedroom 3 : 1 bed 160 X 190 with TV Bedroom 4 : 1 bed 140 X 190 with TV Office: 140 X 190 cm sofa bed The dining table is extendable for 12 seats comfortably. The living room features a large corner sofa and a coffee table. A flat-screen TV and a smart speaker. Upstairs: a space of ( 9 m2) with an office and clic-clac, serves 3 bedrooms , toilet, bathroom (shower and bath). Cleaning not included (possibility of a flat fee of 80 euros). Neither bed linens nor towels are provided; towels, tea towels, and bed linens can be provided for an additional fee of €70 per stay, with beds made. Free on-site parking for up to 3 cars and nearby parking. Large enclosed garden that goes around the house with the provision of a ping pong table. No pets allowed. South-facing terrace with pergola, furnished with a large table and garden chairs, plus an outdoor seating area. Guest access "Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility". Other things to note For the little ones, a small enclosed park with a swing and slide is 50 meters from our house. A grocery store, bar, lunch restaurant, the "Sans Sou... ci" is also 50 meters away. By bicycle or car, don’t hesitate to try to spot the family of seals in Regnéville-sur-Mer Bay!
